Shipping & Delivery
5 Questions
How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM local time on business days are dispatched same-day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

What shipping carriers and speeds are available?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and selected service. Available options at checkout typically include Standard (3–5 business days), Priority (2–3 business days), and Overnight. Expedited options are recommended for time-sensitive research timelines.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time due to regulatory complexity around peptide importation in different jurisdictions.

If you are an international research institution with specific needs, contact us to discuss options. We do not guarantee availability for international orders.

How are peptides packaged for shipping?

Vials are individually wrapped in protective cushioning and packed in crush-resistant outer packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during typical domestic transit durations — refrigeration during shipping is not required for properly lyophilized compounds.

All packaging is discreet. Outer boxes display no product names or branding that would identify the contents. The only external marking is the shipping label and return address.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First, check with others at your address and nearby common areas — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. Allow 24 hours from the "delivered" scan, as occasionally carriers mark packages delivered prematurely.

If your package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number. We'll file a carrier claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We take package integrity seriously and will make it right.

4 Questions
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C (−4°F) in a dry, dark environment — a standard laboratory freezer is ideal. Protect from light and moisture. Under these conditions, most peptides are stable for 24–36 months from the manufacture date stamped on the vial.

Do not store peptides in a frost-free (auto-defrost) freezer, as repeated temperature cycling can degrade compound integrity over time.

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide?

Reconstitution should be performed under sterile conditions:

1. Allow the vial to come to room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
2. Add Bac Water (BW) or sterile water slowly along the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized cake.
3. Gently swirl or roll the vial to dissolve — do not vortex or shake vigorously, as this can break peptide bonds.
4. Allow any foam to settle before drawing solution.

The volume of diluent added determines your working concentration. Plan your dilution based on your research protocol's required concentration.

Bac Water is strongly recommended for all peptide reconstitution — it contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol which inhibits microbial growth and extends the usable life of the reconstituted solution significantly compared to sterile water alone.
How long are peptides stable once reconstituted?

Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerated) and used within 28–30 days when reconstituted with Bac Water. Solutions reconstituted with plain sterile water should be used within 3–5 days.

Stability varies by peptide structure. For specific compound stability data, refer to the COA for your batch, which includes stability information from our testing partners.

Can I freeze and re-thaw peptide solutions?

Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. Each cycle can degrade compound integrity through ice crystal formation and thermal stress on peptide bonds. If long-term storage of a reconstituted solution is needed, aliquot into single-use volumes before freezing so each portion is only thawed once.

The lyophilized form is the most stable long-term storage format — reconstitute only the quantity needed for your immediate research use.

Returns & Support
4 Questions
What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research-grade reagents — which require verified chain of custody and cannot be resold once they leave our facility — we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

What if I received the wrong product?

Fulfillment errors, while rare, do happen. If you received a compound or quantity different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the vial(s) received. We will ship the correct product with expedited shipping at no additional cost and arrange return or disposal of the incorrect item.

How do I contact customer support?

The fastest way to reach us is through the contact form on our website. We typically respond within one business day, often sooner.

For urgent matters related to a delivery or product integrity issue, note "URGENT" in your message subject and include your order number — these are prioritized for same-day response.

My question isn't answered here. What do I do?

Reach out directly via our contact page. Our team is knowledgeable about peptide chemistry, COA documentation, batch specifications, and order logistics. We're happy to help with any question not covered in this FAQ.

If you're asking about a specific compound's research applications, we recommend consulting published peer-reviewed literature — resources like PubMed are invaluable for compound-specific research context.
